Open availability is important to us, and this position in particular must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday consistently.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Must model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations by providing quality products
- Must be willing to assist in driving sales and customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and well merchandised store environment
- Must have knowledge of our products
- Must be willing to research and learn about the products we sell
- Must stay current on industry-specific laws and proposed legislature
- Must have the ability to keep a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating at a high standard
- Must have integrity, and be responsible, reliable, hardworking and committed
- Must have proper hygiene and follow company dress code
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail
- Will be accountable for accurately utilizing the point of sale system
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked, and store presence is well maintained
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Complete all duties as assigned by store management
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Basic Knowledge of Marijuana

Compliant with all Company Policies & Procedures
High School Diploma or Equivalent
