Budtender

We are a Recreational and Medical marijuana dispensary that is currently seeking full and part time employees to join our team. We are a family owned and operated company that takes great pride in providing the highest quality customer service and products available to meet our customers needs. The company was founded in 2010 and our business has had great success by providing a comfortable, knowledgeable, and friendly atmosphere for our customers to fully enjoy shopping for cannabis. We believe that by having a great staff we will only further our vision of bringing the cannabis shopping experience to a level where we continue to build relationships within our community.

We are currently seeking experienced Budtenders to join our team and work on enhancing their career within the cannabis industry. We are seeking friendly, motivated, and professional employees who want to make a difference in the industry and work for a company who truly cares about our employees. The following requirements need to be met in order to be considered for this position:

• 1 year Budtender experience or equivalent service industry or retail industry experience
• Knowledge of current state and local laws pertaining cannabis sales
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends and adapt to changing schedules
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all of our customers
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment and follow direction provided by management
• Maintain a 90% attendance record as required by company policy
• Must possess a current MED badge as required by state law
