High Desert Cannabis is a recreational cannabis dispensary located in Pendleton, Oregon! We are looking for the rights person(s) who’s motivated to take on new challenges, grow with us, and help continue our mission, to provide the most enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

The right candidate would possess significant marijuana product knowledge, retail and customer service skills and a strong passion for the industry!

Requirements Include:

• Age 21+ w/ Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
• Reliable Transportation

Job Duties:

• Greet customers, get to know them and understand their interest in cannabis. (You must be positive and welcoming!)
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of cannabis and current regulations
• Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for all customers
• Restock storage areas, replenishing items, general cleaning
• Perform tasks such as filing, compiling and maintaining inventory, records, and POS operations
