Job Summary NKDC is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable problem solver with excellent customer service, and product knowledge to join its retail cannabis dispensary team. Must be a hard-working team player, with excellent people skills and ability to communicate warmly and professionally in both verbal and written form. Must have open availability with excellent punctuality, work ethic, and professionalism. Must be familiar with operation of retail P.O.S.
systems, have good cash handling skills, and be able to perform accurate cash drops and balancing at the end of day. Must demonstrate follow-through with assigned tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner. Must have skills in retail merchandising, ability to create attractive displays with appropriate signage, and maintain strict inventory controls. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of product and experience with the cannabis industry. Retail experience, excellence in customer service, and computer skills required. Must be 21. Musty have reliable transportation.
- Cannabis strain knowledge *Working toward or able to obtain: Medical Marijuana Consultant Certification *Previous I-502 industry experience, training or education *On-line marketing, social media and website update capabilities preferred Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee frequently is required to stand, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and may be called upon to do so for extended periods of time. The employee must be able to use tools effectively and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee is required to stand throughout the duration of their daily work shift.
