Bud Tender

We are looking to fill the position of a bud-tender for our Sacramento dispensary. Individual must have excellent customer service by providing customers with efficient service, quality products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers with products, while abiding by policies/rules, following procedures and operational guidelines while maintaining an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Integrity, honesty and knowledge of our products and cannabis.
• Maintaining a calm and patient demeanor when we are busy.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality products that match that customers needs, cash handling and store safety.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience to every customer.
• Maintain and update in-store/online menus throughout the day.
• Explain processes and inform customers of promotions, sales, new products, popular products and relevant products for customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year
• Retail Sales: 2 years

• High school
