We are a very fast-moving medical cannabis dispensary chain that is industry-leading in our branding and marketing. We’re in search of a highly qualified brand manager to run our marketing department and oversee all aspects of our online and IRL brand presence.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience building a recognizable brand and have an impressive portfolio to demonstrate his or her understanding of branding and marketing. The Brand Manager will have extensive supervisory experience, an eye for outstanding, impactful design, and the ability to pull disparate communication channels into a cohesive brand presence.
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creates and manages promotions and campaigns for short and long-term impact
- Coordinates all internal and contract marketing positions to ensure cohesive brand communication on all channels
- Approves all graphic and written material with eye for consistency and impact across the brand
- Coordinates with photographers/videographers to meet marketing needs
- Responsible for overall marketing projects management
- Analyzes and reports on all campaign results
- Projects may include but are not limited to the following:
- Product packaging design
- In-store signage design and implementation
- Social media campaign design and oversight
- Print media campaign design and oversight
- Website redesigns and additions
- Content plan creation and oversight
- Product and service launch campaign design and oversight
- Promotional products design oversight
- Overall marketing plan management
- Online marketing management (industry-specific ad networks)
- Oversight of SEO contractors
- Vendor marketing plan creation and oversight
- Billboard marketing plan design and oversight
- Apparel design and sales plan oversight
