Brand Ambassador, Santa Ana: The Bloom Brand is California's premier lifestyle vaporizer brand and we're looking for outgoing, charismatic, professionals to serve as Brand Ambassador.
Brand Ambassadors serve as experts in the brand and communicate product knowledge to both clients as well as customers. Candidates should have prior experience in entertainment, sales, hospitality, and/or modeling.
This is a part-time, at-will position.
The Bloom Brand Ambassadors will have an opportunity for future growth within the company if a mutual fit is established.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-store product demonstrations at select locations Assist with Field Marketing, Special Event Marketing, and Media Events Serve as primary educators of the products; must acquire a strong familiarity with the company's products, mission and values in order to communicate them to customers Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products (actual product usage is not required) Job Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills Must be punctual and highly detail oriented Experience in customer service and/or hospitality strongly preferred Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and clients Must have style, confidence, charisma, and the ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and partners Should be familiar with popular social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) Being a team player is important to be successful in this position. Budtender/cannabis experience is preferred but not required.
Education/Training: High School diploma Training sessions will be scheduled prior to first live demo
Eligibility Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a passion for health and fitness. Must have a clean, professional appearance Must not have a felony record Must be drug and alcohol free during work hours. Must have a current, government issued ID. Must own/lease a reliable vehicle with an active insurance policy Must have a smart phone
Physical Requirements: May need to lift/carry up to 20 lbs. Free to work evenings or weekends. Ability to stand for 2-4 hour shifts
