What we're looking for:
We are seeking Northern California Brand Ambassadors to develop and maintain positive relationships with our Dispensaries in California!
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeably answer questions about our company, our mission, our products and processes.
- Educate consumers, retail customers, and new business partners about our products and philosophy.
- Distribute marketing materials to our dispensaries and provide product demonstrations, and educational events.
- Work closely with our Team and business partners to drive, support and execute all marketing and sales initiatives on the ground level.
- Maintain Product Brand Identity Standards in our Dispensaries.
- Ensure partnership success through the creation of strong relationship with consumers, retail customers, and business partners, using company provided tools and training.
Remote position - work from home using computer/phone/interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel - throughout assigned Northern California territory.
Requirements:
- Driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
- Execute promotions on site at dispensaries with little to no supervision.
- Set-up, break down and maintain demo kit (table, table-cover, displays, marketing collateral, etc.).
- Thorough event reporting to Management.
- Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Be punctual, reliable, articulate, respectful and outgoing.
- High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work min 15 hours a week
Mileage and travel expenses covered + hourly compensation
