Brand Ambassador

California edibles manufacturer is looking for ambitious, knowledgeable and friendly Brand Ambassadors to help grow our product line.

We create high quality and delicious products for the legal cannabis market and we're looking for upbeat, friendly, reliable, ambitious, individuals to join our team. Prior experience in hospitality, craft beer, high-end wine/spirits, energy drinks or cannabis sales is preferred. This is a part-time, hourly position.

The California Edibles Co. Brand Ambassadors will help provide an exceptional consumer experience as one-to-one educators of our products and brand ethos. Brand Ambassadors must be courteous and be respectful of all vendors, clients and customers.Must be outgoing and comfortable interacting/engaging with customers of all-ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store Vendor Day demonstrations at select locations throughout Southern California
• Assist with live social media and contributing fresh, creative content to social media
• Special event marketing, industry events, festivals and non-industry networking
• Work with the Head of Sales and assist with introducing our brand to open and soon-to-be-open retail establishments

Job Requirements:

• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Savvy with technology and social media
• Must be punctual and committed to achieving results
• Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products
• Budtender/cannabis experience is preferred but not required

Education/Training: High School diploma/Some College Preferred/College Student

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a passion for the cannabis industry and be well versed in the health and wellness benefits
• Must have a clean, professional appearance
• Must not have a felony record
• Must be drug and alcohol free during work hours
• Must have a current, government issued ID
• Must own/lease a reliable vehicle with an active insurance policy
• Must have a current smart phone

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Schedule must be free to work evenings or weekends. Ability to stand for 2-4 hour shifts at demos.

Travel may be required for the right candidate to help ramp up regional Brand Ambassadors in Northern California.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour
