JustinCredible Cultivation (JCC) is breaking into the cannabis cultivation industry to become one of the leaders in premium strain cannabis with connections to medicinal & recreational use retailers, and manufacturers. JCC is prized for charitable work and community outreach across the nation.
We are seeking a partnership with a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) who specializes in botany/agriculture/horticulture to push us closer to receiving our Massachusetts cultivation license.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected Candidate will initially work as an on-call consultant as JCC procures the license. Upon license approval, the JCC CSO will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and be responsible for the following:
- Ensure cultivation state requirements are met/ consulting
- Building a cultivation team on-site
- Occasional Travel
- Quarterly on-site checkups
- Greenhouse/ Warehouse development and design
- Other administrative/clerical duties as necessary
**This is currently not a full-time position (non-paid).
**Only consulting services needed until licenses is acquired
