Monterey Tilth is a fully licensed cultivator and distributor in California. We have an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our fast-paced growing industry. This is a full time position. We are looking for an experienced sales representative for our prepackaged flower and concentrate products in the Bay Area. Must have extensive current sales relationships with dispensaries and delivery services in the Bay Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gaining new accounts
  • Managing the relationship with new and existing Purchasing Managers
  • Collaborate with management to expand the company's presence
  • Stay current with industry trends and identify new opportunities at each retail location
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify leads and make productive contacts when needed
  • Provide and keep consistent electronic data and complete field reports on a daily basis
  • Work closely with marketing team to assure that up-to-date collateralS
  • Follow all state, local and company rules and ensure compliance
  • Meet weekly with the sales director

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current sales relationships with licensed Bay Area area retailers (dispensaries and delivery services)
  • Age 21+
  • Must live in the Bay Area
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer skills
  • Commission-based sales experience
  • Experience in the cannabis industry
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Must be self-directed and motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Highly organized and efficient
