Clifton Law LLC is a cannabis and hemp focused law seeking a Oregon licensed attorney to join our growing team in Bend, OR.

• 5+ years experience with a wide variety of entrepreneurial and institutional clients, cannabis regulatory, business entities, corporate transactions, securities, tax, mergers and acquisitions, IP & Licensing and employment.
• Potential applicant will have an interest or a background working with clients in the cannabis and hemp industries.
• Familiarity with contracts, and compliance requirements with contracts and business operations.
• Willingness to learn new areas of law.
• Understanding of state and local level and can monitor changes to, regulations and ordinances applicable to cannabis and hemp industries.

• Must be an active member of the Oregon Bar. Oregon and California active member a plus.
