Job responsibilities include all aspects of indoor marijuana manufacturing including but not limited to:
- Work under supervision of Head Chemist
- HPLC assays of cannabis plant and extract
- Performing cannabis extraction
- Refinement of crude cannabis extracts into dispensable products
- Data entry and maintaining detailed records for regulatory compliance
- Packaging and labeling of products
Compensation: The compensation is $15+ per hour depending on experience at which time a raise will be considered. The associate chemist position is a chance to help grow and develop our manufacturing department under the direct supervision of our head chemist.

Requirements
An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Non-smoker
- Associate degree in chemistry/science
- High level of attention to detail
- Trained in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Knowledge of FDA rules and regulations
- PCR, HPLC & GC experience
- Enthusiasm and a passion for chemistry of cannabis!
- Familiarity with the medical cannabis industry
- Knowledge of cannabis extractions
- Inventory management and packaging experience
- Ability to precisely follow directions
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision
- Ability to lift heavy loads continuously (50 lbs) and work in tight spaces
- Computer skills
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication
- A valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and multitask
- 21+ ability to clear a state conducted background check
- No felony convictions
