Assistant to Magical Operations

Seattle-based edibles company currently seeking...rockstars!

Hiring for many positions both in house and field, to include inventory management & fulfillment, packaging, labeling, heat-sealing, organizing, filing, deliveries & more. Seeking 1-2 motivated, reliable, punctual individuals who are able to rock the lot.

Dream team members will be able to wear many hats as we prepare for our upcoming product launches! In the months to follow, roles will be more narrowly defined to reflect each individuals' areas of expertise.

As a rockstar team member, a typical day might include the following:

• Traveling around WA State, delivering magic, verifying orders and payment
• Creating relationships with retailers, making sales, market research
• Filling, labeling, heat-sealing and packaging products
• Maintaining inventory, entering products and events into tracking software
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly, precisely and professionally
• Researching, copying, filing, mailing and other tasks as needed
• Cleaning and maintaining integrity of processing area and commercial space
• Rocking out the technical side of the business: computers, website, etc
• Participating in marketing efforts or vendor days, branding, copywriting

To land this entry-level dream job, you must be over 21 years of age, have a stellar driving record and enjoy driving. True candidates already possess a knowledge of and interest in the cannabis industry. Final candidates will be asked to provide references and complete a background check.

This position is initially PT with almost immediate FT potential. Our company is expanding and growing quickly so there are plenty of opportunities to advance in just about every arena. Compensation starts at $14 DOE with regular reviews and opportunities for raises.
