Assistant (Startup)

Hey there!

I am working on growing 2 startups that I co-founded. They are both in the cannabis industry and in the very early startup stages. One business is an edible company with awesome and very tasty treats and the other is a very niche pet products company!
I am looking for an awesome, go-getter, assistant to join me on this crazy ride. Because we are in the startup stages, here are some things you should consider before applying:

• The pay will not be optimal

o Initially, you will not be able to survive with the income from these projects

• The hours won't be consistent

o Some weeks may have no work and others will have an overwhelming amount of work

• There is certainly going to be a lot of craziness
• There will not be any benefits from the start
• You will be asked to figure a lot of things out yourself
• There are a lot of unknowns
• You will be working form home/elsewhere until we have our first office

Now that I gave you every reason to NOT work with me, here are some reasons you should!

• Both companies are focused on giving back to the community and will be dedicating a portion of our revenues to support a bigger cause. We are very passionate about helping others and are dedicating our businesses to do just that. We are on a mission!
• Working with a startup will expose you to a lot of information and experience that you would not normally get elsewhere
• The cannabis industry is a booming industry!
• There will be opportunity to travel
• There will be a lot of opportunity for growth
• We genuinely care about people

Here are the skills/experience requirements:

• Personable/Friendly/Energetic (Being Awesome)
• Excellent Communications ability

o Both Writing and verbal

• An "I'll figure it out" attitude with a hunger to learn
