Maggie’s Farm Dispensary Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Dispensary General Manager with the daily operations of the dispensary, handling the needs of all patients/customers and helping to develope a professional team that is passionate about cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations. Must be a current Colorado resident and hold, or be able to obtain, a Key Occupational License through the Marijuana Enforcement Division.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees
- Implement dispensary policies and ensure staff follows best practices
- Manage quality product inventory and financial records
- Ensure the dispensary’s compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations
- Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer experience
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every patient and employee
- Mentor staff in all aspects of medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and consumption mechanisms
- Manage and meet expected sales goals
- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling
- Serve as a liaison to the local community
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Assist with performance reviews and development plans of other dispensary employees on a regular basis

Education and Background Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience (preferred, not required)
- Key Occupational MED Badge
- Cannabis experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role
