Job Description:

Have A Heart CC is a rapidly growing cannabis company based in Seattle and expanding into Hawaii, Oregon, California and beyond. As we develop Delivery Operations for California, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to support all aspects of the creation, implementation and ongoing oversight of delivery.

The Assistant Manager – Delivery Operations is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of Delivery Operations in an assigned region. The position is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of Delivery, including ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and company policies, measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and by controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
  • Some administrative support experience in a customer service-based operation.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Retail Management or related.
  • 1 year experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail sales environment.
  • Working knowledge of cannabis industry compliance and operational best practices.
  • Hands-on experience within a delivery operation, preferably within a customer-facing operation.
