McGregors Greens is located in Mount Dora, Florida. We grow micro greens, herbs and lettuces year round in a 4 acre, hydroponic, computer controlled modern greenhouse.

Job Description:
All normal greenhouse growing activities like seeding, transplanting and harvesting, insect scouting, ability to spray mix and spray pesticides (no restricted use, mostly OMRI approved), soil and fertilizer mixing (must be able to lift 50lb bags), suggesting changes to work orders to keep plants on a weekly harvest schedule, report maintenance issues, etc etc
McGregors pays overtime on any hours over 40, however the goal is to work a typical 40 work week with the exception that you will be required to work every third weekend. On the weeks that you are scheduled to work a weekend it is expected that you will take off the following Tuesday and Wednesday to keep your hours at 40.
