Who we are looking for:
A small but growing medical and adult use licensed Cannabis business in Massachusetts has an immediate opening for a full time Assistant Cultivator in our Lakeville, MAlocation.The AssistantCultivator is responsible for manydaily operations and maintenance of the Cultivation Facilityand reports to theCultivationManager.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Be responsible for implementing policies with the Cultivation Facility.
- Coordinate space assignments.
- Receive and review work requests.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Responsible for supervision and training of agents.
- Provide mandatory training for new agents.
- Maintain a record of space allocations.
- Program and monitor Environmental Control System (DDC).
- Maintain a database of environmental controls and conditions.
- Adjust DDC for optimum efficiency of operation.
- Ensure Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program is sufficient.
Qualifications
- 3+ years cannabis cultivation experience
- Experience in a professional cultivation environment
- Must have experience in a large grow facility
- Ability to provide grow resume, pictures and portfolio
- Operational management experience required, personnel and plant-related
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the cannabis plant and genetics

- Degree in botany, horticulture, agronomy or related field preferred
