Assembly Line Production Worker

Small manufacturing company in Oakland, CA making Cannabis related products is seeking focused individuals with strong attention to detail and ability to do manual hand assembly.

We are looking for individuals with experience working in a manufacturing or restaurant environment. We are searching for individuals that understand what it means to work as part of a team as well as working towards a common goal in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Cannabis a plus but not necessary. Looking for a punctual, dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Must be a safety oriented, team player with attention to detail
• Must work efficiently, be organized and work with a sense of urgency
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts 2:30 pm- 10:30 pm Mondays-Fridays and have the ability and willingness to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 21-years old and maintain a current Medical Marijuana Recommendation Identification Card at all times as well as a valid California ID

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry not so heavy bags, which often can weigh up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods while preparing products
• Involves repetitive motions such as reaching, bending, working with hands, lifting and carrying.
