We are looking for an Ambassador & Street Team Manager to work with our local and virtual ambassador communities. Do you like building brands and relationships? This could be the ideal role for you.
Please note: The ideal candidate is located in either the San Francisco Bay Area, the greater Los Angeles Area, Denver, or Las Vegas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is an exciting blend of strategy and execution. Your activities will include:
Work closely with CMO, VP of Marketing, CEO, and key partners to define Ambassador Program strategies, core activities, and KPIs
Define ambassador and street team incentives and tiered reward structures
Manage Ambassador software (getambassador.com) to connect with, engage, and reward active ambassador community
Develop street team activity plan, centering activities around highly topical events and venues, including dispensary locations
Hire and manage contract workforce for street marketing
Work with CMO to identify signage, greenRush apparel, and literature or gifts for event participation
Assist Partner Marketing Manager in building related plans for high-value clients using greenRush technology and marketing services
Identify, with broader marketing team, a list of cannabis-related events in geographies served by greenRush dispensary and delivery partners
Manage and report on related expenditures and their ROI
Desired Background
Passion for cannabis products, knowledge, and responsible consumption
Ability to be a strong brand advocate comfortable working with consumers, partners, and executives
BA highly preferred
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in representing brands at events as an ambassador or street team member; some team leadership experience desired
Ability to understand and consistently/effectively communicate brand qualities and differentiators
Experience in developing budgets and working with numbers
Hands-on knowledge of Ambassador or related software (including affiliate management) and social media desired
