Summary

The Agronomy Coordinator will be responsible for a coordination of administrative projects within the Agronomy Department. This position will support the Agronomy team by planning and organizing projects and program activities as well as carry out important administrative duties. Must be organized, detail-oriented and be able to facilitate effective coordination of programs and projects according to the organization’s standards.

Essential Functions

Plans and coordinates projects and programs for the Agronomy team with commitment to efficiently and thoroughly complete as assigned.
Provides detailed data, information and resources in preparation for meetings including presentations.
Rapidly receives and executes on scheduling requests including setting up calls and meetings efficiently using good judgment.
Helps to build positive relations within the team and collaboration with external parties
Maintains budget and tracking expenditures.
Works with the VP of Agronomy to manage priorities.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together over a common goal.

Required Education and Experience

Associate’s Degree
Two years of experience in program/project coordination
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office

Preferred Education and Experience

Four-year college degree.
Two years of related experience with google calendar.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
