DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
The Corporate Expansion Team at Harvest focuses on sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and executing national expansion opportunities and acquisitions. The Acquisitions Coordinator will to work closely with this team to assist with driving end-to-end expansion and acquisition deals and will play an instrumental role supporting the due diligence, integration, and execution phases of strategic acquisitions. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Support the strategic integration planning, due diligence and execution phases of acquisition transactions that align to the business objectives.
- Full project management of associated acquisition deals from initial contact through closing.
- Coordinate all aspects of acquisition events while being detailed oriented, exceptionally organized, adaptable, and able to earn credibility and trust while interfacing with founders/executives of target companies.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional leads on time and mission critical operational issues.
- Manage all acquisition prospects and communication with key individuals involved.
- Facilitate outbound calls, inbound call, and direct and manage email campaigns.
- Own communication with executives and relevant team members for key project milestones and decisions.
- Set and manage appointments for the acquisition team.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Prior experience with coordinating and project managing all details of acquisition events is desirable.
- Exceptional organization skills and high level of computer and technology proficiency is required.
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
- Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
- Ability to articulate job goals in a manner they’re completed effectively the first time.
- Through extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day. Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time based on job duties listed above.
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US; proper employment documentation; reliable transportation; valid driver’s license.
EDUCATION *
- Advanced degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.
