Accounts Payable Specialist

Kiva Confections (www.kivaconfections.com) is the premier medicated edible company in California. Kiva™ chocolates are crafted from all-natural ingredients and skillfully combined with California grown cannabis.

SightGlass Management is a management services company that manages the accounting function for Kiva Confections. We are currently searching for an AP Specialist.

Manage Accounts Payable:

• Reconcile vendor statements
• Manage all correspondence with vendors
• Post vendor invoices
• Manage vendor invoices approval process
• Prepare and process weekly check run

Month-End Activities:

• Reconcile Pre-paids and Accrual Accounts
• Post AP Accruals
• Manage credit cards (approval, gl coding and posting)

Other duties:

• Assist with annual 1099 filing
• Assist with annual property tax filings
• Other duties as assigned .

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
• 2-5 Years’ experience in Account Payables
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills
