Accounting Manager

NLM Group, LLC is looking for a reliable Accounting Manager with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles.

This position includes the responsibility of maximizing the return of financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting functions.

The Accounting Manager also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivable, payroll and risk management.

Compensation:

$95,000

Responsibilities:

The Accounting Manager supervises managers in short and long term financial planning, setting goals and strategies, developing departmental policies and procedures, developing and administering budget in conjunction with subordinate managers and ongoing evaluation of operational effectiveness. Monitors fiscal performance and looks for variances or trends. The manager also maintains responsibility for the fiscal integrity of all financial reporting and operations. Manages special projects of significant complexity or financial impact. Oversees research and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Formal accounting experience is required of at least 6 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or completion of certified public accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
