Accounting Assistant

Colorado Product Services, LLC, a cannabis infused products production and sales company, is seeking to fill a full-time position of Accounting assistant which will be responsible for management of the accounting and bookkeeping functions. Duties will include corporate bookkeeping, accounting and assisting regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, as well as, developing and improving internal control policies and procedures. The Accounting Assistant reports to the CFO.

The following are the requirements for the Accounting Assistant position:

• Five years of experience in accounting and supervision of accounting or bookkeeping staff.
• Degreed accountant, CPA is a plus.
• Experienced in closing books for financial statements preparation.
• Proficient in QuickBooks desk top, QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus.
• Payroll Accounting
• Proficient in Excel and Word. Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
• Experience in financial modeling and developing budgets.
• Self-Starter is a must.
• Works well in high growth environment.
