Where’s Weed is an established, fast-growing cannabis marketing firm based in Aurora, Colorado. We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Account Executive to join our small team of dedicated cannabis enthusiasts!
The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and in a team setting to reach sales goals and nurture customer relationships. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. Candidates must reside in the Denver or surrounding areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes a personal sales strategy that reaches prospecting calls and sales goals
- Cultivates customer relationships and manage account needs on an individual basis
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns
- Maintains accurate records of account transactions, proposals and leads in Salesforce
- Assists the company in helping develop and execute long-term goals
- Occasionally attend industry events/tradeshows to spread brand awareness and prospect for new clients
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in sales management/lead generation
- Strong understanding of customer service needs
- Great organization skills, in office and digitally
- Ability to set and execute goals promptly
- Understanding of sales and performance metrics
- Strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and coworkers
- Problem-solving & negotiation skills
- Positive attitude with the desire to be part of an expanding company
- Salesforce/CRM knowledge a plus
