Job Description:

Where’s Weed is an established, fast-growing cannabis marketing firm based in Aurora, Colorado. We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Account Executive to join our small team of dedicated cannabis enthusiasts!

The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and in a team setting to reach sales goals and nurture customer relationships. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. Candidates must reside in the Denver or surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes a personal sales strategy that reaches prospecting calls and sales goals
  • Cultivates customer relationships and manage account needs on an individual basis
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns
  • Maintains accurate records of account transactions, proposals and leads in Salesforce
  • Assists the company in helping develop and execute long-term goals
  • Occasionally attend industry events/tradeshows to spread brand awareness and prospect for new clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years experience in sales management/lead generation
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs
  • Great organization skills, in office and digitally
  • Ability to set and execute goals promptly
  • Understanding of sales and performance metrics
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and coworkers
  • Problem-solving & negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude with the desire to be part of an expanding company
  • Salesforce/CRM knowledge a plus
