What you’ll be doing…

This position will support CannaCrafts sales efforts, specifically focused on retailers within the Sacramento area. We are looking for an exceptional Account Management professional who will be focused on driving our brands in store presence with our retail partners and their teams. This position plays a key role in the adoption, awareness, support and enthusiasm of selling CannaCraft products and brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Positively represent all CannaCraft brands in stores and at events by championing the products and providing product education to store staff and their customers
  • Work closely with our brands and partners to drive and support all marketing and sales initiatives
  • Visit assigned stores on a weekly basis and develop strong relationships with budtenders, buyers and store management
  • Assist assigned stores with inventory management and work with your Account Executive to drive additional upsell and re-order opportunities
  • Work with your Account Executive to strategically grow our relationships, in store presence, merchandising with the goal of continually growing CannaCraft revenues at each assigned account
  • Become the “go to” resource for our customers by consistently educating store staff and customers about CannaCraft products and brands
  • Act as an ambassador of the brands at all times
  • Be available at designated store locations to distribute marketing materials and giveaways and provide product demonstrations. Maintain accurate account of inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with store owners and managers to ensure brand displays are well placed and fully stocked
  • Provide detailed activity reports to your AE and Sales Director on a weekly basis

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a sales, sales support, or customer service focused role
  • Strong cannabis industry knowledge required
  • Work in store and travel in territory 80% of the time with some overnight and/or weekend travel
  • Experience selling consumer products, pharmaceuticals or comparable experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Must be able to sit or stand for hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift/carry 30 pounds

About the role:

This is a full time, exempt position located in the Sacramento area of California.

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits are offered after 60 days of full time employment.
