exclusive to the cannabis industry. The company is committed to providing licensed producers and
extractors with state-of-the-art vaporization technology, engineered specifically for each brand’s extract formulations. The vaporizers are designed with one purpose; to deliver the very best user experience in the market. Our Client’s product portfolio consists of eight unique vaporizers and cartridges.
Position Overview:
Our Client is currently seeking a dynamic individual as an addition to our sales team. Applicants must be driven to succeed, able to overcome objections using informed selling, and skilled at using creative solutions to address challenges. This position requires someone who knows how to turn a no into a yes and is self-driven to succeed. You will be responsible for driving direct sales through current account maintenance as well as account acquisition and increasing brand awareness.

This is a field sales role. You will be working remotely while reporting and working with the team at HQ in Toronto. Your territory will cover the Northern CA territory. Driving will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Drives sales execution standards to include:
Be the company sales representative for all Producers and Cultivators in an assigned geographic
territory
Meet company and individual sales specific goals
Train Producers and Cultivators in product knowledge and standards
Drive new points and existing points of sales distribution and visibility for sustainable growth
Deepen existing business relationships by continuing to increase account satisfaction
Evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and work with HQ to ensure
appropriate service/product delivery and pricing
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in an Account Executive or Outside Sales Representative role
Cannabis experience is required
Previous team management experience preferred
Technically proficient with CRM systems (Insightly)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Comfortable presenting
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines
Must be innovative with a creative way of thinking
Must always strive to exceed expectations
Must be able to work autonomously
