We are seeking a highly motivated inside sales Account Executive who is interested in obtaining a long-term sales position in the Cannabis industry with a six figure income growth potential. GRP is uniquely positioned to be a natural leader in the industry. This means we’re looking for an individual who is wants to roll up their sleeves, bring their proverbial “picks and shovels” to see if they have what it takes to JOIN THE GREEN RUSH!
Job Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new accounts through daily workload planning and organization
- Maintain a high level of service to existing accounts by timely processing of orders
- Maintaining diligent prospect management with timely follow ups and entering all leads into our system
- Complete a minimum of 40 outbound quality phone calls per day
- Accurate processing of orders by cross-referencing price lists and product literature with minimal errors
- Provide distributors and customers accurate pricing quotes with minimal errors via email or phoneMaintain an ongoing cannabis product expertise learning objective, aimed at an extensive understanding of industry vendors, products and custom printing methods
- Stay apprised to industry and competitor trends/changes by regarding pricing standards, legislation, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Provides A to Z customer complaint resolution from investigating problems, developing solutions and making an informed recommendation to management
- Ability to identify and grow professional relationships with key territorial distributors who have expressed long-term buying arrangements with GRP
- Maintain a timely response to customer phone calls, submitting sample requests, providing quotes and following up on email inquiries
- When providing back up support for customers of another Account Executive while they are out of the office, treat their customer inquiries as if they were your own
- Maintain a positive and considerate attitude when interacting with co-workers and management
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers via phone or in person
- Represent Green Rush Packaging at a minimum of FOUR trade shows annually
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve monthly/annual sales goal
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 Years Inside Sales Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Helpful and Considerate Demeanor Aligned with Our Cultural Values
