Diamond CBD is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives to become a part of our fast-paced, high impactful team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and driven individuals with great personalities. We have a fun, fast-paced & close-knit workplace environment and are looking for another Customer Service Representative to join the team and help us further grow our business.

Job Requirements:
ability to communicate accurate information to new and current customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Answering customer emails and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Providing consistent and accurate information about our products within our guidelines and knowledge database
- Prospect potential leads
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in Call Center / Customer Service background (not required)
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus! (not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
