Web Developer

- Plan, implement, manage, maintain, monitor and upgrade the organization's websites and applications. - Make periodic site enhancements and updates. - Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues. - Identify and respond to all website security breaches. - Enabling the appropriate security measures, and apply patches - Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly. - Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards. - Help create web traffic and usage metrics. - Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations. - Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites. - Highly proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Experience as a full stack web developer and experience in RDBMS using MySQL or similar. - Experience with a backend programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node). - Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (ecommerce) such as Shopify. - Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. - Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task and results oriented - Strong communication and analytical skills - Experience in WebRTC (Jitsi, Twilio, etc) and/or video streaming is a big plus - Experience with frontend frameworks, such as React, Angular or Vue (JavaScript) - Experience with cloud-based architectures, such as AWS, Google or Azure. - A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification. - 3+ years of work experience as a Web Developer. - Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer. - Mon-Fri
