Job Description:

Serving a wide variety of industries our experienced teams are Service-Oriented, Responsive and Values-Focused. - Maintains a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish all warehouse functions in an effective and efficient manner. Interviews and recommends applicants for hire as warehouse associates and supervisors. - Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of warehouse associates and supervisors; ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations; counsels, records and disciplines as necessary. Develops crew leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned crew members. - Monitors and measures warehouse performance for accuracy of inventory, shipping & receiving, cutting and picking of material. - Creates a safe and efficient operation of the warehouse - Ensures equipment required for warehouse operations is properly maintained - Ensures adequate supplies are maintained for warehouse order fulfillment operations - Fills in for other warehouse positions as needed - Maintains responsibility for physical plant, including cleanliness and security - Plan and manage order priority to maximize on-time delivery performance - Log performance KPI’s as well as safety and ISO documentation - Competently control warehouse operations, understanding packaging requirements and manage reporting of warehouse activities - Requires a minimum five years of

Job Requirements:

Production/Warehouse experience with a thorough understanding of goods retrieval in a warehouse environment - Strong verbal and written skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail oriented and ability to multi-task - Innovative, proactive, and self-directed with an ability to lead others - Able to work in a team environment and fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations - Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain certification - Experience with Oracle is a plus
