We are currently searching for a Budtender with amazing skills to join our team! The right candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls for our cannabis delivery service to provide an online shopping experience that will make customers feel welcome and comfortable through outstanding customer service, making customer appropriate recommendations, and demonstrating extensive product knowledge to the customers.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and make outbound calls when needed. Take appropriate actions for each call
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Manage and create customer sales by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Work well in a team environment as well as self-motivated to work individually.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s cause of the situation, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, and expediting a correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Be aware of current promotional events and sales
- Pickup orders from our systems, assign orders to drivers, and follow-up till they are completed
- Prepare mobile inventories
- Receive basic inventory training
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on company policy changes
- Develop product knowledge by reading current vendor information and attending training sessions in order to communicate properly to customers
- High school diploma or GED required

Job Requirements:
Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure, adapt to changes, and multitasking
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Previous sales, customer service, and dispatch experience
- Comfortable discussing and have knowledge of cannabis and able to consult effectively with customers on proper dosing, dosing techniques, strains, side effects, and more....
