Job Description:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Understand and follow all traffic and safety rules/laws.

Must be punctual and dependable.

Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.

Mange documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept, and manifests are returned completed accurately.

Properly charging customers and maintaining accurate cash handling.

Ensure any vehicle you use for deliveries is equipped with an OMMA allowed GPS unit.

Complete daily equipment inspection on company vehicle and fill out inspection form.

Follow procedures relating to vehicle keys and fuel cards being left on company premises overnight at the end of each shift.

Provide excellent customer service.

Follow delivery routes provided by your manager. This may be a GPS mapped route.

Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.

Drive in tough weather conditions while remaining calm.

Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations.

Picking up and delivering at set locations daily.

Maintaining safe operation and clean appearance by complying with company operational policies, procedures, and standards.

Operating and maintaining vehicle in safe and clean condition.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Keeping the company vehicle clean inside and out.

Comply with dress code set by your manager.

If, and when there are not enough delivered, you will be expected to work in the lab as needed.
Job Requirements:

If your company vehicle is broken down, you will be expected to drive a personal vehicle. Mileage will be compensated.

- Maintaining good a driving record.
- Must be able to meet all requirements by OMMA to obtain a Transport Agent Card
- Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented.
- Customer focus, dependability, teamwork, coordination, organization, time management, reporting skills, inventory control, documentation skills, equipment maintenance.
- Some computer skills preferred. Data entry skills a plus
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workflow on a daily basis to accomplish required tasks.
The transport agent will be responsible for picking up orders and delivering them within the state of Oklahoma. All transport agents must work within OMMA compliance standards. A transport vehicle and fuel card will be provided by the company. The transport agent will be responsible for reviewing order invoices before delivery and reviewing orders upon arrival to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
