Job Description:
THC Extraction Supervisor
2. Clear understanding of the entire extraction/production process from material intake, handling, loading, extraction, unloading, waste disposable, product collection, inventory management, storage, quality control, data entry, and knowledge of the METRC system UID tags.
3. Able to follow instructions clearly from management and execute accordingly.
4. Internal audit and document quality control indicators according to company guidelines.
5. Batch yields and data entry such as batch logs and comprehensive logs.
6. Able to work independently and as a team player.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the executive team and relevant team members.
8. Monitor and evaluating all progress and target yields, while continually improving the operational process.
9. Documenting and analyzing KPIs relative to the production process and present the findings to management.
10. Able to troubleshoot and problem solve independently when appropriate.
11. Proactively resolve issues that may arise with management and team members.
12. Ensure product, protocols, and environment complies to regulatory standards and requirements.
13. Follow all safety protocols throughout the production cycle.
14. Keep facility clean and sanitized daily.
15. Develop new ways to improve the extraction system and procedures.
