We are looking for experienced personnel to join our team. Ideal candidates would have 1-3 years of experience in the cannabis industry. What You Have - Tech-savvy individual who has at least 1-2 years of experience in the cannabis industry - Comfortability using various software and databases such as Dutchie, Sprout/Spring Big, and Weedmaps is preferred - At least one year of experience working with Treez POS Software is mandatory - Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Accountable, positive, and motivated attitude - Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and time manage - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations - Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment - Bachelor’s degree is required What You’ll Do: - Maintenance of Software/Hardware Inventory - Ensure compliance with State regulations and HerbNJoy policies and procedures - Respond to Google, Yelp, and Weedmaps reviews - Proactively recommend new and improved processes for operating procedures - Manage the digital customer experience to ensure consistency between in-store and online - Provide end-user support by resolving technology problems - Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, or network issues
