- Optimize inventory performance via trend forecasting (mainly in excel).
- Continuously monitors finished goods inventory
- Update information in our vendor management system
- Create and modeling operational research/ system optimization find best optimal replenish point
- Processes purchase orders to generate bill of ladings for the warehouse
- Communicates with the warehouse regarding inventory
- Notifies sales and supply chain teams of shipment or inventory shortages prior to shipment
- Communicates with carriers regarding status of shipments
- Generates necessary shipment paperwork as requested by customer

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or Production engineering
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in supply chain and or sales department related to food industry /manufacturing or similar position
- Must have positive attitude and be willing to self-develop
- High degree of customer-oriented problem-solving skills
- Strong data entry and reporting skills
- Extremely strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and precision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and comprehend various processes and procedures
- Experience with purchase order processing and inventory monitoring
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (especially strong Excel)
- Ability to work independently and a team setting
- Ability to learn and adapt to different situations quickly
- Capacity to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks
