A budtender at Local Roots is; · Comfortable discussing cannabis with a wide range of customers · Able to conduct precise retail transactions · Conscientious of compliance · Motivated and energetic · Able to maintain customer confidentiality · Eager to educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, effects and trends · Able to conduct daily and monthly product inventory · Excellent at interacting with customers via phone, live chat and face-to-face · Able to maintain a clean person and work environment · Able to assist with opening/closing of store · Diligent about reporting any violations of state/local laws or policies · Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment · Friendly, organized and attentive · 2+ years retail sales experience in customer service and cash handling preferred · Unsurpassed attention to detail · Minimum age of 21 · Ability to pass any and all background checks · Dispensary work experience preferred, but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Night shift - Weekends COVID-19
