Job Description:

- Live Operations: - Monitor live operations dashboard to ensure depot is providing an excellent customer experience, maximizing revenue, and minimizing costs - Check staff & drivers in / out - Pick & pack orders - Process and record daily cash intake, noting discrepancies and addressing issues - Depot Staff Management: - Coordinate staffing / hiring goals - Train Shift Supervisors to support live operations, driver management, and inventory management tasking - Manage depot staff schedules & review timesheets - Conduct depot staff performance reviews - Driver Management: - Manage driver application funnel - Interview, onboard, and train new drivers - Manage driver schedules & review timesheets - Driver performance management - Inventory Management: - Manage inventory receipt, QC, and stickering - Maintain weekly inventory cycle counts - Coordinate and communicate with brand vendors - Successful DMs: - Monitor operational performance, looking for patterns in employee behavior, consumer behavior, and inventory movements to inform operational improvements - Track incidents and implement process changes to prevent repeat incidents - Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Communicate information concisely and appropriately to depot staff and drivers - Adapt internal processes to accommodate changes in regulatory / compliance requirements for continued compliant & streamlined operations - Monitor & re-order depot office supplies integral to uninterrupted operations - Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, preferably as a Store Manager. - Applicable cannabis experience is a plus - 21+ years of age - Willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs -

Job Requirements:

Experience managing a team and a passion for growing and developing employees. Multi-unit or high-volume specialty retail experience is a plus - Experience auditing business performance and managing inventory - Experience with point of sale software suites
