Job Description:
I have secured under my luxury foods brand - 3Saffron - a four day engagement to present three world class, cannabis infused menus to a total of 360 guests over 4th of July weekend. Events will be held outdoors at a luxury beach house in Seaside Heights, NJ and sponsored by a major cannabis brand.
I will be presenting brunch, dinner and midnight party menus to 30 diners per turn over four days. Menus are final, processes are set and calendars are made. I am looking for a sous chef and cook who can handle an intense day of preparation and four days of precise execution.
I have more of these planned over the summer and am now looking at Fall opportunities. The person who crushes this first gig will have a long-term opportunity to make real money.
1. Culinary arts degree of three years of fine dining kitchen experience.
2. Submit resume and portfolio will pictures.
3. Convince me on Zoom that you can cook.

Pay: $700.00 per day
