Job Description:
Glass House Group is seeking an experienced
In this role, you will be part of the marketing team, handling day-to-day management of our social channels, building strategic plans for audience growth, engagement, and being the main point of contact for social partnerships.

- 2+ years brand marketing experience
- 5+ years social media experience
- Developing and executing organic, and eventually paid, social media strategy to align with 360 marketing campaigns and actively addresses storytelling while driving growth
- Managing daily posting schedule and content
- Proofing and posting social media copy tailored to each social channel
- Sourcing visual content that reflects the spirit and vision of the company (UGC, photo, video, gifs)
- Gathering supplemental social media material from press relevant and reputable online publications
- Working with creative to create monthly social calendar & plan content aligned to marketing calendar
- Reviewing with and receiving approval from all key internal parties for posts, IG stories, partnerships, contests
- Storyboarding and planning IG stories and IG Lives with creative team
- Engaging with and building social community
- Overseeing management of all community engagement and communication across social platforms within 24 hours/ 7 days a week
- Proactively commenting and engaging with posts on other like-minded brand accounts to gain new followers
- Partnering with marketing and creative to conceptualize content necessary to support differentiated platform
Job Requirements:

- Developing partnerships with creators, brands, charities, and corporations to spread our brand message and consistently generate fresh content campaigns
- Working with retail, brand and communication team (influencers. Activation, PR etc..) to drive key marketing initiatives or promotions through social channels
- Utilizing social media as a revenue generating channel, when possible optimizing content and posts to drive conversions on retail and brand websites
- Providing monthly social performance reporting. Using data and insights, along with research and competitor data, to inform strategy and content development
- Execute the brand strategy across all social media platforms and influencer marketing segments to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitch, Tik Tok
- Working knowledge of social audience tools (Sprout social, Hoot Suite, Dash Hudson etc…)
- Quick responder: Always-on social media channels and email
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable items for team members
- Proven ability to grow social audiences & engagement
- Experienced in crafting & executing smart social strategy to maximize ROI
- A creative and visual thinker with strong analytical skills
- Self-managed and able to think independently
- Strong understanding/passion for cannabis space a plus
- Extremely organized with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Very strong copywriting & copyediting skills
