We are passionate about enhancing the cannabis display and packaging experience in order to Change the Way the World Views Cannabis. - Develop and maintain relationships with high profile cannabis producers, dispensary owners and commercial grow operators. - Recommend appropriate Smokus Focus products to improve customer experience and ROI through the use of Smokus Focus products. - Meet and exceed sales revenue targets. - Discover, advance and close high volume custom branded/labeled Smokus Focus products. - Field in-bound leads and maintain follow up sequence of activities to generate BTB sales. - Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans. - Build and maintain long-term

Job Requirements:

relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending Smokus Focus products in development in advance of product launches. - Attend weekly sales conference call - Prepare weekly projections and reports. - Utilize company CRM system to communicate and maintain accounts with customers. - Position reports directly to the CEO/CFO. - A love and understanding of the US Legal Cannabis Industry - Previous sales revenue generation of $480k+ on annual basis. - A proven career history in Business to Business Sales - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in problem solving - Previous telephone sales experience - Previous Experience in Medical Packaging or Cannabis/CBD/Hemp Grow Supply sales a plus - CRM experience (We use Pipedrive) - Engaging communication skills and telephone manner - Excellent listening skills - Goal orientated - Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a remote capacity. - Highly pro-active and disciplined to manage time effectively New leads generated through sales rep outreach/relationship management, existing CRM software, online advertising, cold calling, company email newsletters, social media and customer referrals.
