Seeking an experience field technician for a complex automated packaging machine.

The JuanaRoll is the worlds highest performance cannabis pre roll filling machine. We need a field technician to master this machine and perform installations full time.

Ideal candidate must be
- Expert mechanic
- Strong in electronics
- Confident in navigating touch screens
- Fantastic communicator with perfect English skills written, typed and spoken.
- High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair automated equipment
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible shifts
- Superb customer service, communication and self-management skills
- Strong in PC's and general computer usage
- Detail orientated and methodical - not sloppy, lazy or someone who rushes
- Able to travel 3 x 5 day trips a month out of state with 1 week per month in house in Las Vegas.
Job Responsibilities
- Fly to a customers facility once our machine is delivered, install it, commission, have it perform like our contract, train employees, get client successful sign off.
