Seattle Staffing LLC is looking for an experienced Security/Customer Validation Coordinator to work out of a Cannabis retail location. These are Seasonal/Temporary positions. - Stand or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet) - Verify various forms of ID - Run as needed - Work well under pressure. Remain calm and professional at all times. - Constant use of both hands and arms while using phone, notepad, writing reports, etc. - Constant use of eyes (correctable vision to normal level required) to observe, read, interact with public and co-workers, view security monitors; includes hand/eye coordination - Communications skills – reading, writing and verbal. Clearly describe situations for reports. - Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat - Attention to detail - Interpersonal skills - ability to deal with all levels of personnel and general public in a professional and effective manner - Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines - Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds - As per LCB regulations, must be over 21 years of age - Reliable transportation - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Customer service and communication skills - Basic PC knowledge (computer/laptop/iPad) - 2-3 years of previous security work or Military service - First Aid procedures preferred - Nights and Weekends a must Seattle Staffing LLC is a full service staffing company that provides services for the following companies: Sea Suds - Car Wash; Jet City Gear - Glass & Good store; Uncle Ike s - Recreational Cannabis retail; Mount Baker & Capitol Hill - Property Management; Jet City Publishing.
