As the face of the company to most customers, the Customer Service team gets the opportunity to build strong customer experience and lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking for a person to be a part of our Customer Service team as the
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Managing and overseeing the activities and performance of the customer service team.
- Create, develop, and implement work procedures that will enhance the organization and departmental service delivery, operating procedures and standards
- Implement customer service strategies to improve quality of service and address and resolve team and customer conflicts to anticipate and resolve customer service issues
- Developing the team through motivation, coaching, counseling and product knowledge education to improve customer service performance
- Promoting the company’s organization and upselling products
- Fast learner & Self-starter
- Must showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
- Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
