Job Description:
Since 2011, PharmLabs has been Southern California's premier ISO/IEC 17025 certified cannabis and hemp testing laboratory. We provide the hemp and cannabis community throughout California and beyond with chemical and biological analytical laboratory testing to ensure safe and compliant products.
We have current openings for self-motivated, reliable, and experienced individuals to assist us with sales and marketing efforts throughout Southern California. This is an incredible opportunity to enter into the "Green Rush" to work with one of the most trusted scientific laboratories in the cannabis business. This position is salary plus commissions.
The incumbent will be responsible for selling laboratory testing services such as pesticide, heavy metal, residual solvent and cannabinoid potency testing to other businesses such as cultivators, manufactures and distributors that specialize in cannabis and/or CBD/hemp industries. The incumbent will work at the laboratory in San Diego and/or traveling throughout Southern California with some overnight stays required.
- Generating leads,
- Using CRM software Hubspot to track everything
- Meeting leads and clients face to face,
- Cold calling,
- Customer retention,
- Attending events
- Increasing overall sales while meeting obtainable sales goals.
-Valid Driver's License and Insurance
-Must be 21+ years of age
-Must have a clean driving record
-Completed 2 years of college coursework

-Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check prior to and periodically throughout employment
-Must not be employed or have any ownership in any other CA cannabis industry license type
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
