Job Requirements:

& CS Operations to refine lead qualification process, segmentation, etc. - Partner with Sales Leadership to: - Optimize & manage the overall sales forecasting process - Pipeline & Opportunity management - Process improvement - Measurement & reporting of KPIs - Execute audits - Lead budtender training for Key Accounts - 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations - Bachelor's degree - Be tech-savvy - Advanced knowledge of Excel - Project Management/Tech Stack Implementation experience - Ability to research issues and formulate tangible solutions - Is accountable, ambitious, motivated - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations - Must be highly organized, able to pick up things quickly, and create processes that scale even in a rapidly evolving environment - Get it done mentality and is able to make decisions and execute quickly and efficiently, picking up new skills when necessary - Relentlessly pursues better and more effective ways to reach team and company goals - A resilient and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset - A true team player willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to succeed - Ability to work autonomously and take ownership - Able to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport - Have a strong desire to grow professionally and personally - Have a sound knowledge of market trends - Flexibility - this role will be ever-changing EDUCATION - Bachelor’s Degree in related field PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
