Sales Manager

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales management preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in the cannabis industry preferred. We are looking for a sales manager for a cannabis company who can generate new licensed clients throughout the state of California. Employee must be proficient in the organization of multiple client accounts, have an understanding of basic computer software such as excel spreadsheets and google docs, the ability and willingness to be on call to address client needs during reasonable hours of the day, and exceptional communication skills. We are a relatively new company that primarily focuses on the selling of cannabis clones to other licensed farmers all across the state of California. We are looking for an experienced sales representative with a strong work ethic, who can easily thrive and adapt under stressful conditions. Our Sales Manager will have the option to control their pay based on commission from new client accrued through their efforts. Therefore it’s pertinent for everyone that our Sales Manager remains driven, self-motivated and well-organized. First impressions with new clients will often be made by the Sales Manager, so a professional and friendly demeanor that represents the company well is required. Training about our product and our processes will be provided, however a rudimentary understanding of cannabis propagation is recommended and will likely be a driving influence in our choice of hire.
