Job Description: SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals
- Understand the array of challenges around formulations and product that brands and distributors receive
- Generate business opportunities through existing relationships, professional networking, and cold calling
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Manage deal flow pipeline and ensure its timely dissemination to management team
- Put in place infrastructure, team structure, processes and systems to support the success of the sales team, with a mind to continuous improvement
- Create a culture of success with ongoing business and goal achievement
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information and data related to current and prospective customer interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
